
CHRISTMAS FAIR DONATIONS NEEDED
Items are needed for this year's Christmas Fair. Donations boxes will are labeled and located outside the church office. Please drop items during church office hours (Monday - Friday from 9am to 2pm). Items need to be dropped off between November 4th - November 27th.
Below is a list of needed items...
Attic Treasures: We are all set for the time-being! No donations needed.
Everything Christmas: Gently used Christmas-related items such as ornaments, linens, dishes, candles, stockings, cards, lights, angels, Santas and other decorations.
Kid’s Korner: gently used or new items for kids to buy for their friends and family, including kids games, toys, household items, jewelry, mugs, etc.
Craft Table: Crafters, if you have any items for the craft table please email Sue Rowe or call the office to let her know what you have, how many items, pricing ideas. When you're ready to drop them off, there is be a box in the lobby labeled "craft table".
Cookie Walk: Baked items needed for the much-anticipated cookie walk! All types welcome, breads and more. Sign-up using the sheet in the lobby. Cookies etc. may be dropped off early and stored in the freezer at the back of the undercroft. All cookies need to be in by Dec. 1st.
Knits: It's time to bring your knitted/crocheted item to church for the Christmas Fair. Thank you for your help! Any questions, please call Sharon Brobst or call the office.
Silent Auction: Once again, we will have a silent auction at the Fair. Your donations in the past have been very generous, and most items have generated interest and consequently bids. Items which have been successful include summer cottages or winter condo rentals, boat trips, hosted dinners, tickets for sporting or cultural events, holiday-themed items and baskets, babysitting, yard work, painting/household improvements, handcrafted or needlework items, gift certificates to local businesses,a selection of books, and pie-of-the-month (or flowers or cookies or breads). Maybe you have an idea for something new and different? A few of our past summer cottages have been sold, so we're looking for new locations; if you have a place that you ’d like to offer for any season,
