First Parish is committed to reducing the stigma surrounding mental health through community outreach and free programming.

We currently have an assortment of mental health-related books available in our free little library. 

​

We have also created the mental health-related hashtag #mentalhealthmattersyarmouth

and have hung "You Matter" posters across the town.
