As the prelude begins, one of the oldest traditions of worship has begun –
the gift of music to our God and a time of preparation for all worshipers.
Please use this time to prepare your heart and mind to be centered in God’s presence.

CALL TO WORSHIP
One: This is the day that our God has made.
Let us rejoice and be glad in it.
ALL: Let us sing to the One who made the stars,
who turns deep darkness into morning and day into night.
One: I was glad when they said to me,
let us go into the house of our God!
ALL: We enter this sacred space to join one another for fellowship,
we listen, we sing, we are reminded again of gifts received.
One: Let us return to God in this time of worship.
Let us be open to the blessing available.
ALL: Let us rejoice in God.
Let us give thanks to God’s holy name. Amen

OUR LORD'S PRAYER
Our Father who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory forever. Amen.
